Jake Swapp is a web designer, developer, and website architect with extensive experience building, improving, and supporting responsive websites across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, WooCommerce, and custom web systems. He is the owner of JS Design Works, LLC and currently serves as a Website Architect at Tembo Hospitality Group, where he supports hospitality, luxury resort, vacation rental, food and beverage, and service-based brands.
Jake’s background covers full-cycle website projects, including discovery, site architecture, UI/UX planning, responsive design, development, hosting, DNS, SEO, analytics, third-party integrations, accessibility improvements, technical troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. He has worked with more than 30 clients across multiple industries and has supported complex website operations involving booking systems, e-commerce, forms, tracking, performance optimization, and long-term digital strategy.
Known for wearing many hats, Jake brings a practical mix of creative design, technical development, business understanding, and client communication. His approach focuses on building websites that are not only visually strong, but also reliable, scalable, easy to use, and aligned with real business goals. As an Army veteran, he also brings a disciplined work ethic, accountability, problem-solving mindset, and strong follow-through to every project.
