Freakshow Unlimited
Freakshow Unlimited is an in-progress website redesign and full store migration project for a bold e-commerce brand selling hot sauces, tiki mugs, ornaments, props, apparel, decals, accessories, and themed merch. The work focuses on moving the store into a stronger WordPress and WooCommerce foundation, improving product organization, supporting Square-connected commerce, and creating a more scalable shopping experience for a brand with a unique product mix and strong visual personality.
A bold online store built around weird, collectible, and personality-driven products.
Freakshow Unlimited is an e-commerce brand with a distinct personality and a product catalog that spans hot sauces, tiki mugs, ornaments, props, apparel, decals, accessories, and themed merchandise. The current store experience includes product categories such as F.U. Hot Sauces, Freaky Tiki Mugs, Merry Freakmas, Props and Other Cool Shit, Pro-Democracy Merch, and Freakshow Unlimited Merch.
The brand has a strong visual attitude and a product mix that does not fit into a generic retail template. Its online store needs to support collectors, gift buyers, returning fans, event shoppers, and customers browsing limited or low-quantity products. The redesign and migration are being shaped around making that shopping experience more organized, scalable, and easier to manage.
Move a unique product catalog into a stronger, more scalable store system.
Freakshow Unlimited has a broad and unusual product mix, which makes store organization especially important. Customers may be browsing hot sauce, tiki mugs, apparel, decals, ornaments, props, seasonal products, or limited-quantity items. The store needs to make those paths easier to follow without flattening the brand’s personality.
The challenge is not only visual redesign. The project also includes a full store migration, which means product structure, categories, checkout flow, payment connection, hosting foundation, and store management all need to be considered together.
An in-progress redesign and WooCommerce migration focused on stronger commerce infrastructure.
The project is being rebuilt around WordPress and WooCommerce to give Freakshow Unlimited a more flexible store foundation. The migration is planned around product categories, product pages, cart and checkout experience, Square-connected commerce, hosting setup, and a cleaner backend for ongoing store management.
The redesign is also focused on preserving the brand’s strange, bold, and memorable personality while making the customer journey easier. The goal is to support a store that feels unmistakably like Freakshow Unlimited while still being practical for browsing, buying, inventory updates, and future product expansion.
Store Migration
The project includes moving the store into a stronger WordPress and WooCommerce foundation with improved product structure, checkout support, and long-term flexibility.
Product Organization
Product categories, specialty items, limited products, merch, hot sauces, tiki mugs, ornaments, and accessories are being organized into clearer shopping pathways.
Commerce Workflow
The new store direction supports Square-connected payments, product management, customer shopping flow, and a more scalable foundation for ongoing e-commerce operations.
A stronger store foundation currently being built for a bold, product-driven brand.
Because this project is still in progress, the outcome is centered on the direction of the build: a redesigned website and migrated store experience that can better support product discovery, online ordering, inventory organization, Square-connected commerce, and future growth.
For JS Design Works, this project reflects the importance of treating e-commerce migrations as both a design project and a systems project. The work is focused on creating a store that looks better, functions better, and gives the business a more practical foundation for managing products, orders, and ongoing updates.
